012. Trust Your Hustle

Howdy friends! Happy Tuesday! Today’s TIP is TRUST YOUR HUSTLE! I absolutely love this phrase that Anthony Trucks used at a recent fitness summit I attended in San Francisco.

Whenever I feel like I am putting in a ton of work but seem to be on the fast train to nowhere, I remind myself to “TRUST MY HUSTLE” and I believe that it will soon pay off!

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “Trust the Process.” Well the process is going to be a hustle, you will have to grind day in and day out if you want to see results and be successful in whatever area of your life you are working on.

Anthony describes it best when he says, "For us to make things better in life we have to work… Hustle. We seem to always be battling an internal monster. That monster makes it hard for us to believe in our abilities to make our lives better or make our dreams come true. It robs us of our trust.  No trust, no hustle. No hustle, no success. So you HAVE to…Trust Your Hustle.

He even takes it a step further and breaks it down into 3 phases of Trust Your Hustle:

1.     SEE - First SEE the areas in your life you want/need to improve. You can’t fix what you don’t focus on or see.

2.     SACRIFICE - Without SACRIFICE there is no success. You must change something or nothing will change. That takes sacrifice.

3.     SUSTAIN - Any success is short lived if there is no plan to keep it because it will be gone fast. You have to plan to have success that lasts.

In closing, we are going to have to move, push and be aggressive when it comes to getting the results we are looking for in life.  We have to constantly flex that hustle muscle if we want to find the success we’ve always desired.  Don’t give up when the going gets tough, just Trust Your Hustle and keep moving forward!

Thanks for stopping by and spending some of your Tuesday with me! Make it a great week!

With Gratitude,
